Units are tested before ship out.
For units within warranty we need 7-10 business days to evaluate and fix the unit. We do not provide service unit. Please keep the boxes and accessories.
Note: This warranty does not cover damaged caused by accidental dropping, rough handling or misuse of the product, including tampering. The warranty period starts at the time of products original date of purchase by the first end-user. This limited warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair and replacement of Product. There is no local repair services for units past the warranty period.
Warranty does not apply to any damage caused by battery leakage, corrosion or any damage caused the batteries. USE NEW HIGH QUALITY ALKALINE BATTERIES. Replace batteries all the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix different brands of batteries. Do not use rechargeable or sub-quality batteries.
The Babyplus warranty does not cover water damages. If device was damaged due to water and this is proven during inspection of the internal unit, the warranty is void.
Please check product within 48 hours upon delivery. Warranty does not cover any damages on the hardware. Damages on hardware can be caused by user handling. As such, please check the device thoroughly within 48 hours upon arrival and notify us immediately for any issues.
Please keep the box, the manual and the receipt to expedite processing during the warranty period. The responsibility of the Local BabyPlus Distributor only extends to items within the warranty period.
Technical and product support only extends to the first end user and does not apply to subsequent users/borrowed units/second hand buyers.

Registering the product via the BabyPlus USA website extends the warranty within the BabyPlus USA Database. However, this can only be claimed via BabyPlus USA. This means unit needs to be sent to the US and not through BabyPlus Philippines should any product-related issue arise beyond the 6 months local distributor warranty.

Clean and Care:
Wash before and after each use. It is recommended that you hand wash in warm soapy water (although dishwasher safe), rinse thoroughly and dry. Do NOT use any bleach-based cleaners or tablets to sterilise or clean your Haakaa products. Silicone parts can be steam sterilised or placed in HOT water for 2-3 minutes (this does not include PP parts). Do not use UV sterilizers to clean this product as it will impact its lifespan.
Caution:
When compressing the Haakaa Gen. 3 Breast Pump, squeeze it on the bottom edge (rather than in the middle of the container) to prevent pressure being placed on the container rim.
Check product condition regularly. Replace if this product shows any signs of damage. Do not store near any sharp objects. Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used to clean this product as hard scourers may scratch the surface. Exposure to detergent may make the silicone in this product appear cloudy. This product is not a toy. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Adult supervision is required.
* Haakaa is sealed. Once opened, it can’t be returned or exchanged unless product is proven defective. All Haakaa products, once washed, sterilized or used can’t be returned or exchanged.
