For units within warranty we need 7-10 business days to evaluate and fix the unit. We do not provide service unit. Please keep the boxes and accessories.

Note: This warranty does not cover damaged caused by accidental dropping, rough handling or misuse of the product, including tampering. The warranty period starts at the time of products original date of purchase by the first end-user. This limited warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair and replacement of Product. There is no local repair services for units past the warranty period.

Warranty does not apply to any damage caused by battery leakage, corrosion or any damage caused the batteries. USE NEW HIGH QUALITY ALKALINE BATTERIES. Replace batteries all the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix different brands of batteries. Do not use rechargeable or sub-quality batteries.

The Babyplus warranty does not cover water damages. If device was damaged due to water and this is proven during inspection of the internal unit, the warranty is void. 

Please check product within 48 hours upon delivery. Warranty does not cover any damages on the hardware. Damages on hardware can be caused by user handling. As such, please check the device thoroughly within 48 hours upon arrival and notify us immediately for any issues.

Please keep the box, the manual and the receipt to expedite processing during the warranty period. The responsibility of the Local BabyPlus Distributor only extends to items within the warranty period.

Technical and product support only extends to the first end user and does not apply to subsequent users/borrowed units/second hand buyers.

1) What is the Fazup technology?

The Fazup patch contains a passive antenna that interacts with the integrated antenna of the mobile phone. 3) Is Fazup compatible with new mobile phones coming on the market?

Fazup does SAR tests with each new mobile phone within weeks of it being released on the market. Fazup focuses on the most popular new models and will extend very soon its range of compatible mobile phones.

4) Does Fazup interfere with the quality of reception of my mobile phone?

In certain conditions of very poor reception and on mobile phones with weaker network reception, Fazup can slightly reduce reception. The phenomenon is very marginal in comparison to the high protection that Fazup provides on a daily basis. The fact that the impact on reception is so low is actually on the major assets of our technology with regards to the very high level of SAR reduction. 

Note that the level of radiation of your mobile phone can vary from 1 to 1000 depending on the levels of reception. One minute of communication in in extremely poor conditions of reception is equivalent to three hours in optimal conditions in terms of electromagnetic emissions.


At times when your mobile phone has little or no reception, it emits at its highest level and Fazup is then most useful. Furthermore, in certain other conditions of mobile phone use, Fazup can increase the quality of reception of your mobile.

5) Am I obliged to use the positioning guide?

Yes. Using the positioning guide that corresponds to your mobile phone is essential to guaranteeing you the best protection.

6) What is the lifespan of the Fazup patch?

Fazup is made to last! We strongly recommend that you use our compatible mobile phone cases on your mobile phone in order to protect the Fazup patch. Our patches are very resistant however the levels of friction from the daily use of our mobile phones are very high. 

You may only need to replace your patch when changing your mobile phone.
Nevertheless, depending on the surface of your mobile phone, it may be possible to peel off the patch and reposition it quite easily (i.e. the Iphone 4/4S has a glazed surface from which the patch can be easily peeled off).

The effectiveness of the Fazup is guaranteed to last as long as the circuit on the patch is not damaged.
